- Profile picture (when using Google Sign-In)

- Custom character (“Toot”) designs and customizations

- Saved creations in your account
Subscription and Purchase Information
If you subscribe to Tooti Premium:
- On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers to verify your premium access. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Subscription status (active, expired, product type) may be stored in our systems to provide premium features.
Usage and Device Information
We may collect:
- App interactions and feature usage
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Push notification tokens (for notifications you opt into)
- Crash and performance data necessary to maintain the App
Support Communications
If you contact us for help, we may collect:
- Your name and email
- Messages you send through the Help Center or by email
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App
- Save and sync your Toots, animations, and 3D models
- Manage your account and subscription status
- Process premium feature access
- Send service-related notifications (with your permission)

- Improve App performance, security, and user experience

4. How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored using secure cloud services, including:
- Firebase Authentication — account login
- Firebase Cloud Firestore — user profile, subscription status, and app data
- Firebase Cloud Storage — images, videos, and generated content
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Firebase and our infrastructure providers apply industry-standard security practices.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate the App. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies:

Account Deletion

Push Notifications
You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.
Subscriptions
iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings. We cannot cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf.
9. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. fraud prevention, subscription records).
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. We take appropriate steps to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
